The Church is the Family of God.  This can not be an ideological metaphor; it must be a reality that is lived out in the lives of Church members as Brothers and Sisters in Christ.  Men of Influence, the men's ministry of the POY, and Women Connected, the ladies ministry of the POY, provides the opportunities for the bonds of relationship to be built.  Through various activities and functions these ministries connect us spiritually, as well as, providing healthy connections to engage support throughout everyday life.
